How we Deliver?

We strive to deliver your order through our website www.sureshfoods.com in an Excellent Condition. We make our best efforts to dispatch Orders within 7 working days

Deliveries for customers in Delhi and Bangalore will be done between a minimum of 2 working days and a maximum of 7 working days.

For most of our products, we take orders from all over India. For exact detail, please refer the respective product page.

Delivery time for Rest of India and other metros range minimum 5 working days to maximum 9 working days.

 

Concerns Resolution Policy

If you think you have received the food items in an unsatisfactory condition OR if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please send us an email at hello@sureshfoods.com with your Order Number & relevant photographic evidence within 12 hours of the package being delivered to you/your address. We will share the pictures of the shipment and individual pictures of the boxes with the concerned department and the courier partner for resolution. If the claim is found genuine by our resolution team and the Courier Partner, we will issue you an E-Coupon code for the equivalent amount pertaining to the unsatisfactory shipment. You can use the E-Coupon code for subsequent purchases on the website. The E-Coupon code cannot be exchanged, encashed or refunded.

 

What’s more..?

Delivery will be delayed beyond the committed delivery time under the following circumstances:

When the customer’s mobile or contact number is not reachable.

When the customer’s contact address / residence is locked with no one at home.

When there is a rare issue of couriers unable to connect transport delay or network to deliver the order.

 

On which days we do not Deliver?

We Deliver the order on all working/business days. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.

However, you can order anytime!
